Shipping & Delivery

From Our Family to Your Doorstep.

Because Nukta is a family collective based in both Karachi and Islamabad, your order might travel a little differently depending on what you’ve picked. Here is everything you need to know:

1. Where do we ship from?

  • Care & Smart Tech: These items are managed by our team in Karachi (Bahria Town).

  • DIY & Hand-crafted Decor: These special pieces are made and shipped directly from our family workshop in Islamabad.

2. Multiple Packages If you order a smart gadget and a handmade lamp at the same time, they may arrive in two separate packages at different times. Don't worry—it just means both sides of the family are working hard to get your items to you!

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Bahria Town Karachi Neighbors: We offer specialized local delivery. You can often expect your items within 24–48 hours.

  • Nationwide (Pakistan): For all other cities, standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Hand-made DIY items may take an extra 1-2 days for preparation before they are dispatched from Islamabad.

4. Shipping Charges We keep our shipping fair and transparent. Your total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If your order is split into two shipments (Karachi & Islamabad), you will only be charged a single shipping fee.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your "Nukta" package is on its way, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
